This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions for requesting refunds and cancellations for purchases made through https://erpmalayalam.com.
By purchasing a course or service, you acknowledge this Policy, subject to any additional terms disclosed before purchase and your rights under applicable law.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to:
Paid recorded online courses and training programmes.
Paid digital learning materials.
Other educational services offered by ERP Malayalam.
Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, and consulting services.
Specific terms may apply to particular services where they are clearly disclosed before purchase.
2. Free Courses and Learning Resources
Free courses and resources do not involve a course purchase payment and are therefore not eligible for a monetary refund.
If you experience difficulty accessing free learning materials, please contact us for assistance.
3. Seven-Day Refund Request Period for Paid Recorded Courses
For eligible paid recorded courses, students may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days from the date their course enrolment is confirmed and access is provided.
To request a refund, contact us within this period using the contact details in Section 9.
Refund requests will be assessed according to the following conditions:
The purchase can be verified using the enrolment and payment records.
The request is submitted within the applicable 7-day period.
The reason for the request and the circumstances of the purchase are reviewed.
Any course-specific conditions disclosed before payment are considered.
Applicable consumer-protection laws and mandatory refund rights are respected.
Submitting a request within seven days does not automatically guarantee approval in every circumstance. However, this Policy does not exclude any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
If the course was purchased but access was delayed, the enrolment and access records will be considered fairly when determining the applicable request period. We will not use an access delay caused by ERP Malayalam to unfairly deprive a customer of an otherwise applicable refund right.
4. Eligible Refund Circumstances
A refund request may be considered in circumstances including:
Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same course purchase.
Failed enrolment: Payment was deducted, but the enrolment was not completed.
Unresolved technical issues: You cannot access the purchased course and we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable period.
Material mismatch: The course supplied differs materially from the description provided at the time of purchase.
Other valid circumstances: The request qualifies under this Policy, the purchase terms, or applicable law.
Requests based solely on a change of mind, failure to complete the course, or dissatisfaction with personal learning outcomes will be reviewed under the stated conditions and applicable law.
No provision in this section overrides a mandatory legal right to a refund or other remedy.
5. Course Access and Digital Content
Course access will be provided after enrolment or payment verification, as applicable to the purchase and payment process.
Access may include recorded video lessons, downloadable resources, course descriptions, quizzes, and other digital learning materials specified for the course.
Students should check their registered email and account for enrolment confirmation and access instructions. If access is not provided within a reasonable period after payment verification, please contact us.
Where digital content has already been accessed or downloaded, that fact may be considered when reviewing a refund request, but it does not automatically remove any refund rights available under applicable law.
Where specific restrictions apply to digital content under law, we will apply them only when the relevant legal requirements have been satisfied.
6. How to Request a Refund for a Course
To request a refund, contact ERP Malayalam within the applicable 7-day period.
Please provide:
Your full name.
Your registered email address.
The name of the course purchased.
The date of payment and enrolment.
The transaction reference or payment ID, if available.
A brief explanation of the reason for the request.
Please do not send full card details, card security codes, passwords, or one-time passwords.
We may request reasonable additional information to verify the purchase and assess the request.
7. Refund Processing
We will review refund requests fairly and communicate our decision within a reasonable period, subject to any deadlines required by applicable law.
Where a refund is approved:
We will normally initiate it through the original payment method or payment provider where supported.
The amount refunded will reflect the approved refund and any adjustments required by law.
The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
If a payment was duplicated or an eligible refund is required because of a failed transaction, we will take appropriate steps to correct the issue.
Contacting us about a refund does not remove your right to approach your payment provider or exercise other legal remedies available to you.
8. Cancellation and Refunds for Odoo Implementation Services
Odoo implementation, configuration, and consulting services may involve project planning, business analysis, configuration, data preparation, training, and other work performed specifically for a client.
For these services:
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing.
The applicable project proposal or service agreement will govern agreed milestones, deposits, payments, work completed, and cancellation arrangements.
Charges for work already performed may be retained only to the extent permitted by the agreement and applicable law.
Refunds for duplicate payments, undelivered services, or other eligible circumstances will be assessed fairly.
Any mandatory statutory refund or consumer remedy will remain unaffected.
The seven-day recorded-course refund policy does not automatically apply to implementation and consulting contracts. Separate terms should be agreed upon before work begins.

Nothing in this Policy prevents you from contacting your bank or payment provider or exercising any applicable legal rights.
11. Promotional Offers and Discounted Courses
Courses purchased under promotional offers or at discounted prices are subject to this Policy and any additional conditions clearly disclosed before payment.
A discounted price does not automatically remove a refund right or other remedy required by law.
12. Consumer Rights and Applicable Law
